Mixed Modality Programs

The mixed modality (live in, staff supported) residences attempt to capture much of the traditional family values/atmosphere while providing the necessary structure and consistency. Reduced numbers, both staff and residents, combined with the consistency of a continuous live-in care provider tends to normalize the atmosphere. Residents have demonstrated a capacity to work through their issues and a willingness to overcome many of their difficulties.
